Event Showcase – The London School of Economics

We are taking this time to showcase previous events we have had the pleasure of producing and managing. In the current situation with all events on hold, postponed or moved to virtual alternatives, you may be thinking when we will see the light at the end of the tunnel to host face to face live events and functions. At Events By Knight we have decided we will use the time to showcase what is possible. We are looking forward to when events will be allowed to take place again.

Last week we started with our throwback event series. The purpose is to showcase, inspire and illustrate what is possible for your event. Creativity and innovation come from many sources and we want to contribute to hopefully give you ideas to consider.

This week we look back at a summer party we planned, produced and managed for the London School of Economics.

The theme of the event was “Tropical Summer”

It was meant to take place outside the London School of Economics but due to bad weather, we had to move everything indoors and reconfigure our plans.

Event Production and Design

We installed a semi circular tiki bar, palm trees, rustic cube seating and tables, deck chairs, barrel poseur tables, surf boards, LED up lighting, sound & pa system, event crew, lighting and sound technicians.

Mobile BBQ stall.

We supplied a steel drum band for the beginning of the night (reception) and a pop band for the party session.

Event management

The entire event from start to finish was managed by our event management team.

The great thing about an event is anything is possible. Working with themes can be extremely fun especially when they are produced to perfection. Have an idea you would like to discuss? Give us a call or get in touch and we would be happy to discuss your ideas through.
