Top tips for making your event a success

Throughout the lockdown we have been constantly active especially our clients and suppliers, we caught up with our friends at the event venue BMA House to provide our Top 5 tips for planning a successful event. We currently don’t know when the event industry will be allow to host events again (at the date of this blog 4th May 2020). But we can plan ahead and prepare as much as we can for when the restrictions are lifted. Planning an event can be a stressful process and could leave you feeling under extreme pressure, with so many elements to consider it's important that you plan everything with meticulous detail to ensure your event with be a memorable one for all the right reasons.Here are some event production elements to consider when planning your event:

1. Audiovisual

All events will require the right professional audiovisual to bring them to life. Whether it’s a conference or a wedding, your delegates or guests will need to be communicated to or be entertained. Lighting can totally change the look and feel of a room with uplighting, moving heads or pin spotting. If you have a theme for your event the set will help to convey the concept and aid in getting all your guests immersed into the experience.
