ABOUT THE HEDSOR HOUSE HOTEL

Hedsor House hotel – an award winning English country house on the outskirts of London.

If you’re looking to hold a celebratory or corporate function away from the hustle and bustle of the capital, Hedsor House hotel, set within 100 acres of historic Buckinghamshire parkland offers a wonderful rural retreat.

As a venue that has welcomed Queen Victoria, King George III and many discerning companies including the BBC and Jaguar, this Georgian manor is certainly no standard location. Exclusive, yet entirely warm and welcoming, Hedsor House hotel is a peaceful events space with a range of indoor and outdoor areas for exclusive use and a blank canvas from which your function can be built. Approach via the one-kilometre driveway surrounded by dark rhododendrons to be welcomed by this handsome stately home.

Classic English chic is the order of the day here with Regency parlours, wood paneling, heritage features, plentiful natural light and sprawling country views.

Eight rooms, including the Central Hall with its Italianate-style dome, make a handsome impact and the sweeping Ballroom where original wood panelling and crystal cut chandeliers would provide a sparkling backdrop to any event. The Drawing Room and Boudoir welcome a cosy chic style with warm colours and a beautiful stone parterre from which to appreciate the rolling Buckinghamshire countryside, while the dining room with its high ornate ceilings overlooks a Dutch sunken garden to complete a luxurious picture.

Available to hire for events from 10-150 guests, the venue is also renowned for the plethora of group activities that can be enjoyed in the grounds from alfresco dining, clay pigeon shooting and medieval cannon firing to 4×4 off-roading on the venue’s track.

Hedsor House is located close to the towns of High Wycombe, Slough and Maidenhead, easily accessible from Heathrow Airport and just 45 minutes from London. With its beautiful rolling countryside surroundings, elegance and sophistication, we believe Hedsor House is a truly breath taking venue
