Event Producer of the Year - Conference News Agency Awards
Massive congratulations to Kwame Knight who has been named as a finalist at the Conference News Agency Awards (CN Awards)Kwame has been shortlisted in the Event Producer of the Year category. As a dedicated and passionate event producer we are extremely pleased to see him recognised for his work.The awards ceremony will take place on the 21st March 2019 at Cafe de Paris in Piccadilly, central London.We wish Kwame the best of luck for his nomination for event producer of the year and all the other finalists.This award is in addition to the 2018 Entertainment Award for best creative event planners in the UK that Kwame picked up last year.

This is the inaugural CN Agency Awards in partnership with the NEC which is recognising the dedicated event professionals who work tirelessly behind the scenes creating, planning, organising and producing events.
About LIO (formely Cafe de Paris)
The event took place at the world famous Cafe de Paris (now known as LIO) which first opened in 1924. The venue is steeped in history which spans over decades.During World War II, the venue was bombed on 8th March 1941. It was re-opened in 1948 and quickly re-established itself as one of the leading clubs in London. It has been frequented by guests and performers such as Frank Sinatra, Josephine Baker, Grace Kelly, Judy Garland, Ava Gardner and Royalty.
