Carpenters Hall is an elegant events venue in the heart of London, located close to Liverpool Street. The history of this building goes back over 700 years. Originally it was a medieval trade guild which was created to look after the carpenters living and working in London. The Carpenters Company still continues to support and promote the highest standard of woodworking craftmanship.
The Carpenters Company has been based on London Wall since 1429 when its first hall was built. Since then there have been 3 halls built, the current one opening in 1960. Carpenters Hall has 3 elegant and versatile event spaces suitable for a range of events. The venue was built in the French neoclassical style and includes Corinthian columns and includes tall ceilings with stained glass windows and chandeliers.
