Able to be transformed to the highest specification, The Avenue is the perfect venue to create ultimate timeless and intimate celebrations, which will exude both charm and sophistication in modern settings. The innovative lighting system enables outstanding and colourful events to be created, whether it’s for an intimate reception or party, a large conference or a full-scale gala dinner.

Avenue was designed and built by specialist technical suppliers to optimise ease of use, with power points, sockets and speakers placed strategically throughout the rooms, so that there will be no unsightly or dangerous cables on display. From weddings to conferences, the rooms can be adapted to perfectly suit the event.

The Avenue is available to hire every day of the week, with two rooms – Park and Madison – able to host formal dining. Situated on the lower ground floor, Park is the main ballroom and possesses a contemporary, modern design and feel, with ultra-modern LED and mood lighting which can only be experienced in a handful of other top London venues. With a large unobstructed view, full inbuilt conference lighting and sound system, concealed screens and suspended projection, Park contains all the ingredients needed to make any event an outstanding success. Park has ample space for all types of events and is fully air-conditioned.

Adjoining Park is Madison. Similarly blessed with its own lighting system, full air conditioning and an inbuilt audio system, Madison has been designed and built to the same high specification as Park, making it another perfect room for events. Madison doubles as Avenue’s reception area, so is ideal for pre-event gatherings or as a conference breakout space.

Park and Madison can be elegantly joined to enable an even larger function to take place. Whilst the two rooms are very versatile and able to be configured to any requirement, Madison is typically used as the main conference and reception room, whereas Park is the main banqueting room.

Situated on the ground floor and boasting natural daylight, Shaftesbury is the third room available for private hire, and is perfect for private parties or as a conference breakout area, although not for more formal dining. With inbuilt plasma and drop-down screens, plus tea and coffee facilities, Shaftesbury is ideal as a conference room or for smaller receptions.

Located prominently at Henly’s Corner, the intersection of the A406 North Circular Road and A598 Finchley Road, The Avenue is located outside the Congestion Zone. Finchley Central Underground station (on the Northern line) is 18 minutes away by foot or five minutes by taxi.
