Established in 2007, the impressive 7,000 sq.ft suite incorporates a lavish Las Vegas theme, including decadent gold leaf ceilings, custom-made carpets and a sleek marble-topped cocktail bar, which is well-stocked and offers a full service. The lounge area provides plenty of plush seating, which is ideal when guests need a breather from the plethora of activities that are available or just want a drink and a chat.

With five high quality full-sized ten-pin bowling lanes the Kingpin Suite is the king of London’s private bowling rooms, with facilities that ensure as many guests who wish to can bowl together. However, guests aren’t just restricted to bowling, as the suite also offers table tennis, a pool table, table football and a virtual cricket net which was the first of its kind in the UK. There’s also a great selection of arcade games, including rally and racing simulators, meaning that there’s a wide choice of activities to keep everyone happily entertained.

Guests who are less into games can enjoy themselves in the sound-proofed karaoke room, where the karaoke system features a vast selection of songs. High-end audio/visual technology is also provided throughout to enable almost any function imaginable to be organised. Live music can also be arranged, with a stage and a DJ booth being available.

It comes as no surprise that the Kingpin Suite regularly hosts a variety of corporate entertainment, product launches and team-building exercises for London’s leading companies. It’s also an equally suitable venue for private parties, with the range of activities on offer guaranteeing a memorable event. The suite is available to hire seven days a week and is licensed until 3.00am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. For guests requiring overnight accommodation, the suite is part of a complex beneath the 395-room Tavistock Hotel, which has wonderful views over Tavistock Square Gardens and offers excellent value for a Bloomsbury hotel.

Located just off the historic Russell Square, the Kingpin Suite is easy to access from all parts of London. Euston (Network Rail, plus Northern and Victoria Underground lines), Goodge Street (Northern line) and Russell Square (Piccadilly line) stations are all within eight minutes’ walk of the venue.
