Brief:

Our corporate clients sometimes want to utilise their own space. Events by Knight were commissioned to turn an ordinary office space for our London based Law firm into an indoor garden for their delegates to enjoy an afternoon of meetings and seminars.

What we did:

To fit into the garden theme our production team under the direction of direction of creative producer Kwame Knight laid artificial grass to create an instant garden feel. It was measured carefully to make sure it looked absolutely perfect.

We installed a circular mirror bar in the centre of the room and made sure it was fully stacked for our guests to enjoy.

There were poseur tables placed around the room with pretty flowers on to give our guests a place to stand with their drinks and chat to the others in the room. We also had an artificial pink cherry blossom tree built to really give the illusion of being in a garden.

Uplighting completed the look of the room and created the perfect atmosphere for the clients guests to enjoy the food and drink prepared.

The transformation of the room was incredible, and we really captured the idea of bringing the outside into the building. The decorations looked great and our client and their guests thoroughly enjoyed their afternoon of meetings and seminars.
