We were entrusted by WLT with the exciting responsibility of organising a surprise flashmob performance to honor the departing CEO - Alan Jobe, who had dedicated many years of exceptional service to the company.

The objective was to create a memorable and heartfelt tribute that would not only surprise him but also showcase the collective appreciation and admiration of the entire team. With careful planning and meticulous attention to detail, we embarked on this endeavor to create a truly unforgettable experience.

What we did:

To ensure the success of the flashmob performance, we began by selecting a talented and enthusiastic group of professionals from our agency. Alongside these individuals we also incorporated employees from the company who shared a deep admiration for their CEO. Their commitment and passion were instrumental in bringing the performance to life.

Next, we meticulously choreographed a dynamic dance routine that incorporated various dance styles and elements of our CEO's journey and accomplishments. The choreography aimed to capture the essence of our CEO's leadership, resilience, and impact on the organisation.
