Brief:

The theme that our client wanted for this Bat Mitzvah event was rustic chic and we made sure to incorporate this theme throughout the entire space.

Within the design we installed a rustic stage with matching DJ booth, and we also put in a sound and PA system. To enhance the mood and atmosphere of the event rigged in a lighting system for the dance floor and for the entire space which was programmed by our lighting technician.

Above the dance floor area we installed a flower and foliage hanging down that created an immersive experience which looked stunning!

The Anthologist is situated on London’s Gresham Street, close to the Museum of London. It is a gorgeous bar and restaurant providing the ideal antidote to the stresses and noise of the city.

The venue for the luxurious Bat Mitzvah we were asked to produce was The Anthologist, located in the heart of the city.

What we did:

As well as all of the event design and production. we had a plenty of entertainment for the evening for our guests to enjoy.

For the music we had the SuperSonics DJ Live performing which incorporated DJ with a saxophonist and percussionist.

In addition to this we had a photobooth, hair braider, bead maker, dancers, silent disco, magician, and a silhouette artist.

This wide range of entertainment was perfect for our guests for the evening to enjoy their time at this wonderful Bat Mitzvah.

Once the entertainment and the suppliers had arrived and were all set up, we were ready and prepared for our guests to show up to have their celebrations with us.

The response to the event was fantastic. Our amazing team under the creative direction of event producer Kwame Knight worked exceptionally, as they always do, to bring our client’s brief to life for their Bat Mitzvah. All of our guests were dancing, singing and partying all night, making the most out of our entertainment and having a fun filled evening.
