Studio 1 has large east/west facing windows with overhead skylights. It has oak flooring throughout, exposed brickwork and a dramatic high vaulted wooden ceiling. A private client lounge/meeting room can be hired in conjunction if required. Studio 1 connects to Studios 2 and 4 and can be used in combination for larger events.
Studio 2 has south/west facing windows with the same features as Studio 1. It connects to both Studios 1 and 3 and can be hired in conjunction with them.
Studio 3 is on the ground floor and has a concrete floor, which has been painted grey, plus a large slightly raised area that’s painted white. It’s situated below Studio 2 and they can be hired together.
Studio 4 is a large and bright L-shaped, open plan loft space on the first floor and boasts a plethora of hugely impressive wooden beams. It’s connected to Studio 1 and Studio 5 and can be combined with them.
Studio 5 is also L-shaped and has polished concrete floors and textured plaster walls in addition to exposed brickwork. It also has an all-white area which is designed for use in photographic shoots. The Daylight Studio is situated in a private courtyard surrounded by high walls and has three-quarter coverage by a clear, slightly diffused roof. This has enabled the atmospheric area, with plenty of original features from the building’s earlier incarnation as a foundry, to be augmented by a splendid collection of potted shrubs and small trees. The Daylight Studio adjoins Studios 4 and 5 and can be rented in combination with any of the other studios.
Loft Studios is situated in West London between Kensal Green and Willesden. The closest transport links are Willesden Junction and Kensal Green on the Bakerloo Underground and Silverlink Overground lines.
