THE LANGHAM HOTEL, LONDON

The Langham is a luxurious 5-star hotel that is the perfect venue for events. It is one of the largest and best known, traditional style grand hotels in London. The hotel is located on Langham Place and faces up Portland Place towards Regent’s Park in the district of Marylebone. The Langham was designed by John Giles and James Murray and was built by the Lucas Brothers between 1863 and 1865. This hotel has a broad variety of venues and facilities which makes it an excellent space for events as it accommodates for all types of gatherings.

The Langham has an extensive range of rooms to help create a memorable event. A stunning renovation has captured the beauty of details from its past and also added a flawless modern touch to it’s rooms. The Grand Ballroom is a fantastic space to host an event. It is very spacious and can fit 375 people if there was a standing reception. If the event was including a seated dinner the space can fit 250 people. Directly outside the Grand Ballroom is where you can access the Rose Garden, a 420 square metres, unique space. The Garden is a flexible venue for events and can fit 250 guests for a standing reception and 180 for a seated lunch/dinner.

If the event you were producing was much smaller there are other rooms available to hire. A much more private room to hire could be the Postillion room. This has elegant surroundings and has large windows to show stunning views. The room can fit 40 guests standing and 18 guests seated. Another smaller room is The Conservatory which includes a large custom built dining table in the centre of the room. This room can fit 50 guests in a standing reception and 26 guests seated for a lunch/dinner.
