The Underglobe is a stunning event space located beneath the romantic, famous Globe Theatre.  The Globe Theatre is famous for putting on performances of Shakespeare’s plays.  The Globe Theatre was built in 1599 by Shakespeare’s playing company, the Lord Chamberlain’s Men and was destroyed by fire on 29th June 1613.
The exclusive Underglobe is available for evening celebrations and features a private mezzanine, sweeping staircase, stage, dance floor, sound and lighting system and a full sized model oak tree. Â This all makes for a unique venue for weddings, conferences, award ceremonies, gala dinners and other events and celebrations.
The Underglobe is a blank canvas that can be decorated and fitted out accordingly.  It has the feel of a secret venue with its’ own Bankside entrance leading into the dramatic Underglobe space.
