Milestone Birthday - Party Two Temple Place Case Study

We were approached by our client to create a milestone birthday party celebration at Two Temple Place.

Our client did not want to stress with planning and organising and requested that provide our full event management service which consisted of us planning, producing and managing their dinner and dance Birthday event for 150 guests.

The spaces we transformed for the evening were the Great Hall, Lower Gallery and stairwell. Their desire was for the theme to be elegant, & chic. We enhanced the spaces with lighting, set design and casual furniture.

We brought in round tables & chivari chairs for dinner & floral tablecentre pieces to complete the styling.

For the party area we build a single tier stage with matching DJ booth, LED wireless uplighters for the perimeter of the room, moving heads, washes and beams lighting fixtures for the dancefloor area, installed a black gloss LED dancefloor, sound & PA system for music and speeches, chesterfield sofa’s, low seating cubes and tables and a 12ft straight bar.

The event had a lovely atmosphere with the pink and purple shade lighting that flooded the rooms. The entertainment of the night was a DJ, percussionist and a saxophonist that kept the guests on the dancefloor all night.

Our clients had a great evening with their dinner, drinks and dancing the night away for a fantastic Milestone Birthday celebration!
