We were approached to plan and produce a milestone 50th birthday party in our client’s garden. We worked closely with our client to bring their brief to life after a detailed consultation.

As it was summer, we had a stretch tent installed that covered the decking area of the garden. For the event design we brought in poseur tables, stools, a bar unit and casual furniture. We installed uplighters to the perimeter of the stretch tent and placed disco lighting - moving heads, beams, and strobes for the dancefloor area to enhance the atmosphere. We also added fairy lights around the tent to give it a feel of magic.

For entertainment we had dancers who did a choreographed performance and an interactive workshop with the guests. A percussionist, saxophonist and a DJ for the music. We also had catering & bar staff serving drinks, canapes and food stations.

The night was filled with loads of fun, laughter with the guests dancing and singing all night with the drinks flowing. This special milestone birthday celebration was a fantastic success!
