Bar Mitzvah at Loft Studios, Studio 4 Case Study

We were asked to produce a Bar Mitzvah at Loft Studios which is located in London and is a series of state of the art studios which provide unique spaces for a range of events. As it is a dry hire space, we designed and installed all of the elements.

Our event took place in Studio 4 and we created a dinner and dance celebration. Our skilled team of professionals at Events by Knight under the creative direction of event producer Kwame Knight made sure to produce the best event design and production to fit the clients brief.

For our guests to have dinner we added round tables for the adults and one long table for all of the younger guests attending.

We uplit the entire space and included disco lighting for the dancefloor area. Casual furniture was put in and a sound and PA system was installed, as well as a plasma screened DJ booth which was managed by our audio and lighting technicians. We also installed a rustic bar unit and back bar for our guests to enjoy.

Entertainment wise, we added a range of games such as air hockey, the light catcher and some upright arcade machines. In addition to these we had DJ Christian on the decks, MC Cesar hosting and some freestyle dancers.

Overall the night was a great success! Our team always strive to plan and produce the very best!
