Brief:

We created an immersive Bar Mitzvah event for a client with the brief being a stand-up style party with casual furniture and food stations.

This event was held at One Marylebone which is near Regents Park and is a striking Holy Trinity Church. English Heritage has protected it as a Grade I listed building in London.

What we did:

We organised all event design, production and entertainment for this event. We understand the importance at Events by Knight to provide the very best for our client and meet their brief with no comprise.

Our client’s vision was completely brought to life by Events by Knight. We had our team Install a multi-level stage, LED backdrop wall, sound system, lighting, bar unit, furniture and creating and decorations.

Entertainment was a focal point in this celebration. We had music provided by The SuperSonics DJ Live so our guests could party all night, silent disco, upright arcade games and virtual reality simulators. They really wanted to party, so we even had an 10ft giant robot dancing with guests and our freestyle dancers of the night.

Our production team under the direction of creative producer Kwame Knight really excelled in the installation of elements ensuring the perfect atmosphere was made for the Bar Mitzvah.

We had the whole venue surrounded with coloured uplighters which gave it the party feel. Our guests had a wonderful time and partied the whole night. A fun-filled evening for everyone!
