The Arts Club- Exclusive Private Party Case Study

We were asked to produce an exclusive private party at The Arts Club in London. With our skilled and experienced team at Events by Knight, we planned, produced and managed the entire event so our client didn’t have to stress or worry about the number of elements that need to come together seamlessly to make their event a success.

Our client was a big football fan so we were able to incorporate a football theme throughout elements of the event design.

We had bespoke table centre’s made with personalised footballs and football boots in glass containers on each of the tables. We also had our dancers dress up as football referees, keeping in line with the football brief.

The entertainment of the evening was an MC, DJ, dancers, roaming band magician and photobooth that are guests could have some fun with.

This celebration was a fun-filled evening! The lighting and design really enhanced the event and our guests enjoyed the canapes, drinks and dancing the whole night!
