Brief:

Events by Knight had the pleasure of producing a summer Bat Mitzvah event at the Stunning Grove Hotel.

This was the former home of the Earls of Clarendon and is now London’s inspiring country escape.

Our event took place in the Cedar room and we provided full event design, production, entertainment and management.

What we did:

As the space is hired on a dry hire basis everything has to be brought in to create the event which is always an added bonus as we can bespoke it exactly to our clients dream which we love bringing to life.

The theme was casual clubby vibes, we added poseur and low tables, ottomans and sofa’s around the perimeter of the room for our guests.

For the set design we installed multi-level carpeted white stage with a white LED DJ Booth. The backdrop included large blossom trees which framed the stage nicely and created a dreamy effect.

In front of the stage a white gloss LED dancefloor and white circular dance podiums created the perfect area for our guests to dance.

Sound production we installed a front of house and surround system to disperse the sound evenly.

A nice touch for this event was the customised bar that we installed which was also personalised and had the Bar Mitzvah girls name on.

Our lighting designer programmed the lighting to incorporate the dreamy feel adding pinks, yellow and blues for the room.

The entertainment for the evening included music by The SuperSonics DJ Live, a photoboth and dancers which created an immersive experience for our guests.

The food stations were placed outside of the cedar room which allowed our guests to access the catering service easily.

The night was truly incredible, everyone was up dancing and hardly left the dancefloor. The event design looked stunning in the room, complimented well by the tailored lighting.
