CORPORATE PARTY EVENT MANAGEMENT
For this corporate event we were contracted to event manage the entire logistical operations required to transform Sea Containers London for more than 500 guests.
What did we do?
We attended numerous site visits to create the concept of the event and liaised with the venue and staff for its operational elements.
We also managed all the contracted suppliers and vendors and ensured everything, including entertainment aspects such as DJs, musicians, photo pod and mojito stations, ran seamlessly and to schedule throughout this 15 hour event.

CORPORATE EVENT MANAGEMENT
Our client was hosting an event in the Tapestry room at The NED and required us to fully manage it.
What did we do?
After our site visit to assess the space, we handled all the correspondence from the venue on behalf of our client.
We supplied all the AudioVisual requirements to transform the space, liaised and managed the technical requirements for the Jazz band, formulated the timetable for the entire event and provided on site event management from start to completion, both before and on the day of the event.
50TH BIRTHDAY PARTY EVENT MANAGEMENT
We event managed Sumathy’s 50th Birthday party at 28 Portland Place, London
What did we do?
Before the event we formulated the timetable and liaised with the venue, suppliers and vendors to ensure all parties were clear on their individual duties and timings for the event.
Our event management team hosted to ensure guests were ushered upstairs for the drinks and canapés reception.
The guests were then invited downstairs for speeches, cutting the cake and then enjoying the main party event, dancing to music provided by our DJ, singer and musicians.

BAR MITZVAH EVENT MANAGEMENT
For Lucas’ Bar Mitzvah at the Arts Club we were asked to managed the entire event from concept to completion.
What did we do?
After our initial meeting, our client entrusted us to liaise with the venue management, suppliers, and vendors, and be on hand leading up to and on the day of the Bar Mitzvah to ensure the event ran smoothly.
Under the direction of special event producer, Kwame Knight and the event team, we formulated a timetable and tasked two of our own dedicated event managers to ensure everything ran to schedule and gifts were securely stored.
Throughout the night the all the key components where executed effectively and communication between the venue, suppliers, entertainment and the family was all managed efficiently.
BAT MITZVAH EVENT MANAGEMENT
For Claudia’s Bat Mitzvah at the Mayfair hotel, our client asked us to manage the entire event from start, finish and post-production.
What did we do?
We managed this entire Bat Mitzvah event starting from the ceremonial element which took place in the theatre. Afterwards guests were ushered into the main room for the reception before taking seats at their tables.
Our event management team liaised between all the suppliers and the venue management to ensure catering services were on time, participants who were making speeches were prompted ahead of time and that the entertainment elements were on schedule throughout the event.

16TH BIRTHDAY PARTY EVENT MANAGEMENT
For the 16th birthday of a client’s son, we were contracted to provide the entertainment, Audiovisuals and event management for a barbecue at Forty Hall
What did we do?
Prior to this event we attended a site visit to advise on what would work best within the space.
We sourced a professional DJ and provided all the AudioVisual requirements, including a DJ booth, DJ decks and mixers, lighting fixtures and a professional photographer to capture the entire event.
We also liaised with the catering company and managed the timetable, so our client could enjoy the day without having to worry about any of the production details.
