Brief:

The luxurious Langham, a 5-star hotel in London was the venue for this luxury Bar Mitzvah event produced by Events by Knight. The hotel is one of the largest and best-known, traditional style, grand hotels in London and the perfect place to host this lovely Bar Mitzvah event.

What we did:

We did the site visit a year before this event took place. This was important as we could work out what exactly the client wanted.

We found that the grand ballroom was a fantastic space to host an event. It has high ceilings and large columns which makes the ballroom feel extremely spacious while still retaining its elegance.

The grand ballroom can fit 180 people seated and 210 guests standing. As the Bar Mitzvah was a seated style event, the site visit was important to work out the best configuration for the seating arrangements.

It was also helpful to work out where to place the set design, dancefloor, bar and all the entertainment. Once the logistics had been sorted arranged, it was time to begin the planning process to deliver what our client desired.

For the event we provided full event design, production, entertainment and management. We had purple lighting filling the room with hints of blue in certain areas.

For the set design we installed a double tier mirrored stage with LED DJ booth, sound / pa system and extensive room and disco lighting.

We also had lovely décor; the tables were organised nicely and included a beautiful tall flowers in the middle of each one. The already stunning features in the grand ballroom such as the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, were highlighted nicely by our lighting technician.

Events by Knight supplied a wide range of entertainment for our guests to enjoy throughout the night.

We also provided a range of entertainment for our guests to watch and get involved with.

For music we had the SuperSonics DJ Live Band, dancers, a digital magician and football freestyler who did a live performance.

In terms of games for people to play we had an air hockey table, virtual rollercoaster, and a neuron race game in the reception area.

We also installed a photobooth for people to get memories to keep forever from the event.

Overall this luxury Bar Mitzvah was a great success! Our guests were up dancing all night and getting involved with all of our entertainment elements we provided.

The event design was perfect for such a stunning venue and with our well experienced team under the direction of creative producer Kwame Knight the perfect event was created for our happy and grateful client!
