The Brief:

To plan and manage a corporate Christmas party at the Savoy Hotel in London for 300 guests.

What We Did:

The Savoy Hotel in London played host to a Christmas corporate party for 300 guests, where they were seated on round tables. Our team transformed the venue into a spectacular setting for a corporate Christmas party. The DJ was located on stage, along with a sound system and moving heads to create a stunning disco effect.

To give the room an ambient feel, the entire space was up-lit with soft lights. The original features on the walls were accentuated with this lighting. The guests were welcomed to a reception upstairs, which featured entertainment to keep them engaged for an hour before heading down to the main event.

The main event took place in the transformed room, which was complete with a stage for the DJ and lighting fixtures for the disco. The tables were set, and candles were to be lit just five to ten minutes before the guests were due to be seated for dinner.

The Savoy Hotel provided an excellent venue for the Christmas party, and with our meticulous planning resulted in a memorable experience for all.
